Security and Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are processed on a secure server to ensure security.
  • All credit card transactions are thoroughly reviewed by a credit card security specialist for fraud indicators prior to processing the credit card.
  • Any orders that have one or more "potential fraud indicators" may be canceled, without notice, at our discretion.
  • All potential fraud indicators are immediately reported to the appropriate credit card issuing bank for further investigation.
  • If your order contains any unusual circumstances that may be considered a fraud indicator, we strongly recommend that you contact us by phone to prevent delays or cancellation of your order.

All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars. The currency converter feature is available to establish sale price into your local currency

All sales made in New Zealand are inclusive of 12.5% Goods and Services Tax for trade customers. International customers are deemed as the importer of the goods and is therefore liable for any taxes/duty IF liable.

Return Policy

Return Policy - Gadgets, Watches, Fragrances and  Designer Wear:

Please choose your items carefully as we will only refund if the product is faulty. We cannot refund if you change your mind. Refunds will be paid in full less shipping charges and will be credited to the initial payment method within 48 hours of receipt. An email confirmation will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Return Policy - Remote Control Toys:

Due to the nature of our RC Toys, the user is beyond our control so we can not give any warranties if the merchandise has been misused, abused, crashed or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or any other contaminants. 

We have taken every effort in checking our RC Toys and as far as we are aware they are free from any Manufacturing Defects. If however you have found a Manufacturing Defect our return/exchange is a very simple process. 

 

1. Requests for return or exchange must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise.                                                                                                                                                                

2. All returns must be in as-new condition, with manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging. Damage of the original packaging will void this returns policy.

We reserve the right to return merchandise to the customer and not refund money, if we in our opinion consider that the merchandise has been abused, misused, crashed or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or any other contaminants.

 

 

If you have flown the product or crashed the product, no matter what the reason, we are sorry but we can not be responsible for your crash or use.

 

Return Policy - Lingerie and Personal Care:

 

We do not have to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully. In accordance with NZ Health Regulations, we do not permit the return of intimate apparel such as briefs, g-strings, thongs or items of similar nature. However, we will exercise discretion providing an item has not been worn and is returned in the same condition it was sent to you with all tags and labels still attached, if there is an issue with the sizing. In such instances, the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase, and we will arrange a replacement. If any items are faulty, we will ensure we meet our obligations to you under The Consumer Guarantees Act. Please follow the procedure outlined below prior to returning goods that are faulty or for resizing, so we can discuss the details and confirm a replacement of the goods. No cash refunds will be provided, if a return is authorised. Instead, a replacement will be provided.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Instructions:

To make a return, please contact us via e-mail (return@cyberdome.co.nz) to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code prior to returning an order. You will need to provide two pieces of information in order to receive a RMA code: 1) the first and last name of the person by whom the order was placed or the order number and 2) the reason for return (did not like, defective, too small, etc.). A request for a RMA code must be made within 30 days of receipt. The return must then be received within 30 days from issuance of the RMA code.

Note: All returns must be accompanied by a RMA code -- we cannot be responsible for unauthorized returns that are not correctly processed.

When making a return, please include the RMA code in the package. You do not need to include the original invoice.

When an order is made and credit card payment is specified an email will be sent from Pay Pal allowing you to pay by credit card. This is best specified at time of purchase or else you can email cyberdome@2wicked.com and an email can be sent through requesting payment via pay pal.

Lay-by Terms and Conditions:

1. Our layby service is only available for New Zealand orders. The following products are exluded from this offer:

- Fragrances and Colognes (unless added with other products)

- Personal Care Products (unless added with other products)

2.The purchase price (including delivery charges, if applicable) for layby merchandise must be paid in equal instalments with:

- Lay-by accepted on purchase amount of $150.00 and more

- Allowance of 20% deposit of the total purchase

- Mimimum 1 month and upto maximum 6 months installments

- Regular fortnight payments by direct deposit into our bank account

By way of example, if you purchase layby merchandise for a purchase price  of $200, you must pay 20% deposit of $40.00 and subsequent price of $40.00 every fortnight if you choose for 2 months payment terms.

3. All instalments must be paid into our bank account.

4. You may, at any time before the purchase price has been paid in full and for any reason, cancel the layby by giving to us 2 days notice to that effect. Similarly, we may cancel the layby if an         instalment is not paid on the relevant date. However, we will use our discretion and contact you before doing so to confirm another payment date to continue with the plan.

5. On cancellation by either you or us, we will credit your bank account for the amount of any payments you have made, less a fee of $15 (being an estimate of our selling costs in respect of the layby merchandise).

6. You are not able to vary a layby in any way. For example, you cannot remove individual items of merchandise from a layby, add further merchandise to an existing layby, or convert an existing order into a layby. Further, we will not pass on to you any price reductions or offers which may apply to merchandise at any time after the order date.

7. The layby merchandise will remain our property until the purchase price is paid in full.

8. We will deliver the layby merchandise to you in accordance with our usual delivery policies once the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. For the avoidance of doubt, our usual returns policies will apply to the layby merchandise.

10. We will comply in all respects with the Layby Sales Act 1971.

Please note that any debts outstanding will be referred to a Debt Collection Agency for recovery. Any debt collection charges incurred will be added to the principal debt amount and the debtor will be liable for all charges and payment. To avoid the debt collection process, please discuss with us a suitable payment arrangement option.

Shipping Information

 

We ship worldwide and use DHL as our primary courier for international orders and New Zealand Post for local orders. Orders vary from 7 to 10 working days for delivery for most of our products. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be provided just prior to delivery. We will email and advice of any delays as or if it arises. A signature is required upon delivery on all orders for your protection and ours. All freight charges are listed at the checkout. International freight charges are outlined at the checkout.
